2. Orders & Bookings

* All orders are subject to availability
* A deposit may be required to secure bookings
* Final payment must be made before delivery or event date

3. Cancellations & Refunds

* Deposits are non-refundable
* Cancellations made within [e.g. 14 days] of the event may not be eligible for refunds
* Custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty

4. Rentals (if applicable)

* Rental items must be returned in original condition
